The Dévoluy has everything to appeal to families looking for a relaxing, natural holiday. Labelled Family Plus Since 2011, the resort has been doing its utmost to offer young and old alike a tailor-made holiday, with a rich and varied offering.
One of the highlights of the summer is the walks organised by D-en-Bulle to experience the mountains in a different way. During the outing Bird tongueIn a silent environment, young and old alike set off into the forest to meet the animals and learn how to read the signs of the local fauna using a simple, intuitive sign language.
Immersive experiences in the heart of nature
An original sensory experience accessible to all, from age 6. Juliette, a state-qualified sports educator, also runs the travelling Nature Club in Dévoluy: fun, educational and creative workshops that awaken the curiosity of youngsters while exploring the riches of the environment.

Another unforgettable experience: immersion on the farm with Flouka. For three hours, children and their parents discover the daily life of Sébastien, a Merino sheep farmer. Feeding the animals, caring for them, rides in the tractor and even a gourmet breakfast as an optional extra: this encounter at the heart of the farm is a great opportunity to raise children's awareness of mountain farming and the passionate work of local farmers.
Activities designed with the little ones in mind
At the Dévoluy sports centre, younger children can also take advantage of specially adapted activities. From the age of 2, they can try out the draisienne, discover the thrills of rollerblading or take part in baby gym and accrogym sessions. Climbing courses are also available for the more adventurous, always under the watchful eye of specialist instructors.
At the Superdévoluy equestrian centre, toddlers from the age of 2 can get in the saddle with the baby pony. For 45 minutes, children are gently introduced to the world of horses: stroking, brushing and feeling the animal's touch before setting off for a short accompanied ride. It's a gentle, sensory experience they'll never forget.
