A mix of committed mountaineering, sporting feats and poetic performances, Tignes is once again establishing itself as a summer destination that's as dynamic as it is responsible. Here are the highlights of the season for you to make a note of in your diary.
Le 5 Julythe station is kicking off the summer season with a disability awareness dayorganised by the Communauté de communes de Haute Tarentaise.
It's a great opportunity to reiterate the resort's commitment to inclusion, as it adapts its facilities and website to meet accessibility standards. It's a day of exchange, entertainment and sharing, to make the mountains a welcoming place for everyone.

Le 10 Julythe heights will vibrate to the rhythm of the Hautes Envolées festival. Rachid Ouramdane, a leading figure in contemporary dance, takes to the lake in Tignes for a poetic choreography performed by the company Les Traceurs.
The highlight will be the spectacular appearance of Nathan Paulin, tightrope walker with ten world records, who will cross the water on his 2.5 cm wide slackline. A moment suspended between heaven and earth.
Mountain Shaker returns in July
From 19 to 27 Julyand then it's off to the slopes with the Mountain ShakerThe third summer edition of a festival with a cult following. Scooters, rollerblades, skateboards and mountain bikes are all on show, with technical competitions, spectacular shows and an electric atmosphere punctuated by DJ sets and adventure film screenings.
The 19 and 20 Julythe skatepark in Tignes is hosting the Freestyle Tour by FISEA real launch pad for young talent and established pros alike.
The 21 and 22 Julyhead for the big screens at the Amphithéâtre des Verdures for Xplore Film Touran outdoor film festival dedicated to mountains, exploration and inspiring stories.
Le 23 JulyThe Pumptrack competition challenges speed and agility on a course punctuated by bumps and turns.
Le 24 Julythe younger generation take over with the Draisienne Kids Tour and the event Rouetignesfor a whole lot of fun on two wheels.
Ecology and Trail to set the pace in August
Finally, from 25 to 27 JulyMountain bikers will be meeting up for the eagerly awaited Enduro des Alpes and spectacular, technical slopestyle events right in the heart of the resort.
Le 1st Augustwe change tempo to find the eco-responsible village of Echo Day. A market of local artisans, zero-waste workshops, yoga and events focusing on sustainable development will enliven this joyous day, organised by the Echo Tignes association, which works all year round to promote a greener mountain.
The 16 and 17 Augustthe station is setting its sights back on performance with the Tignes Trail. Three routes (14, 26 and 42 km) criss-cross the most beautiful trails in the Vanoise. It's a demanding but accessible race, which attracts seasoned runners and families looking for a life-size challenge every summer.
Le 21 AugustNow it's time for the fifth edition of the event "Pamper your mountain. In 2024, more than 500 kilos of rubbish were collected during this major collective clean-up operation. In 2025, holidaymakers and locals are once again invited to join in this symbolic and concrete action to preserve the Alpine environment.
