À Val d'IsèreThe 2025-2026 season is not just about sport. It will also be gourmet and festive, with the arrival of three new addresses to enrich the resort's culinary scene, combining gastronomic audacity, homage to the summits and hybrid places where flavour and festivity come together.
IMA the art of the table meets the art of the party
Designed as a journey to our roots, IMA - which means "mother" - invites you to share a culinary experience inspired by the Middle East and its convivial traditions. Behind the stoves, chef Elie Fishmann, formerly of the Four Seasons and moved to Bocuse or Ducasse, has come up with an innovative menu where each dish can be savoured like a ritual of sharing.
The experience goes beyond gastronomy: grands crus, made-to-measure cocktails and a festive atmosphere transform dinner into a dance party, where the room is transformed into a dance floor. With a design by Christine d'Aulan, the restaurant promises to be one of the most daring venues of the winter.
Bottleneck the alpine spirit at K2 Chogori
It's a new feature that bears the imprint of the great climbs. Inspired by the legendary K2 route, the Bottleneck takes place in Val d'Isère at the heart of the K2 Chogori. It celebrates a cuisine of character, based around meats, fish and vegetables sublimated over an open fire.
Bernard Mure-Ravaud, Meilleur Ouvrier de France cheesemaker, and Valentin Biseul, executive chef of the K2The two chefs have created a gourmet score in which the cheeses take centre stage, while Sébastien Vauxion's desserts revisit the classics of French pastry-making. A tribute to exceptional mountaineers, in a refined and warm atmosphere.
Sweet Madness a new culinary and creative heart
La Folie Douce is continuing its metamorphosis with a major project: La Petite Cuisine -Gare Centrale. This 650 m² hub is the epicentre of La Folie, with restaurants, bars, shows, workshops and shops. The architecture pays homage to the former arrival station of the La Daille cable car, with sculptural lines inspired by the Guggenheim in New York.
Original signage, based on the theme of public transport, guides visitors through a fun and immersive experience. Here, the festive spirit of La Sweet Madness is now a culinary and cultural heartland.
