Tech specialist Ian Osborne is building a 2,000 m² chalet, worth €60 million, in the Val d'Isère ski resort.
After buying the Les Florineiges complex in Courchevel from Caisse des Dépôts for €64 million, with the intention of developing a 4-star hotel project, Ian Osborne is now putting down roots in Val d'Isère.
Alongside Athena Advisers, the English businessman and owner of CA Brive has launched the construction of a chalet, worth an estimated €60 million.
Chalet prices soar in Val d'Isère
The aim is to host the world's leading tech companies. Located at the foot of the slopes, the luxury chalet known as "Maison Bellevarde" will be around 2,000 m² in size.
Among the most sought-after and expensive ski resorts in the AlpsVal d'Isère attracts investors every year, with prices reaching up to €40,000 per m².
