Ursus
And the "Maison Bouvier" has more surprises in store for you, as the family's son, Clément, is at the helm of the hotel's restaurant, "Ursus". Paying homage to local produce, his dishes showcase the richness of the Savoyard terroir and the expertise of the region's various producers.

The decor is inspired by a forest, with a room made up of almost 400 trees and glades, where there are just 12 tables in a subdued atmosphere. Ursus has been awarded a Michelin star since 2019.
