1. Spartan Winter Trail: winter gets off to a flying start
On 14 December 2025, it's time for an extraordinary event. Visit Spartan Winter Trail kicks off the season with a demanding and spectacular winter race. Two formats are on offer: 10km and half-marathon, with staggered starts from 9am.
On varied terrain, combining snow-covered tracks, rolling sections and forests at altitude, the riders will have to demonstrate both endurance and adaptation. A total sporting immersion in the mid-range mountains, rewarded by a prize-giving ceremony at 1pm.
2. Rock The Pistes: music at the top
From 15 to 21 March 2026, Morzine will be ablaze with the sound of Rock The Pistesa unique pop-rock festival in the heart of the Portes du Soleil.
Every day, an ephemeral stage springs up at an altitude of 1,500 m, in unexpected corners of the Franco-Swiss ski area. The concerts, which are free for ski pass holders, transform the slopes into an open-air dancefloor. The perfect combination of sporty descents and fiery riffs.
3. Race of Champions: the next generation on track
On 5 April 2026, winter comes to a close in style with the Race of Champions. Young hopefuls and established athletes from Portes du Soleil clubs take to the start line in a festive, intergenerational atmosphere.
More than just a competition, the event celebrates sharing, sportsmanship and conviviality. It's an event that combines performance and emotion, celebrating both up-and-coming talent and today's champions.
