Lovers of ski touring are in for a treat this winter, with the opening of two new runs in the form of sections: Petite Sud and Grande Sud.

The first covers 1.8 kilometres and the second 2.03 kilometres. Enough to get your legs under you during your stay.

Ice Cross
What's new this year in Val Thorens? From 5 to 7 December, the resort will be hosting for the first time a leg of the Ice Cross World Cup, the most spectacular speed skating competition in its category.

Cosmic Mountain Festival
The Cosmic Mountain Festival will be taking place from 19 to 21 April 2025. The resort's teams, in partnership with the Delta Festival, are presenting the first edition of this festival, which will combine festivities, skiing and music in the most beautiful corners of the village.

The Val Thorens electro festival is celebrating its 15th anniversary. This not-to-be-missed winter event will take place from 18 to 20 March 2025. Emotions and unforgettable moments guaranteed.

From Albertville, take the N90 towards Moûtiers. Take exit 40 - St-Jean-de-Belleville / St-Martin-de-Belleville / Les Menuires / Val Thorens. Follow the D117 as far as Val Thorens.
By train
