Against this backdrop, the Northern Alps are maintaining their position as a leading France's most expensive massif.
Property prices here average €6,608 per square metre, an increase of 20 % in three years. Chalet prices are even higher, at €7,003 per square metre.
This market is mainly driven by the most famous resorts in the Massif.
Val d'Isère exceeds 15,000 euros per m2
In the lead, Val d'Isère stands out, with property prices reaching €15,268/m², making it the most expensive resort in France.
It is followed by Courchevelpopular with billionaires, with an average price of €12,812/m²..
Méribel completes this ranking with prices reaching €12,230/m².. Megève is a close second, with an average price of €11,670/m², just missing out on a place on the podium.
