Val d'Isère exceeds 15,000 euros per m2
In the lead, Val d'Isère stands out, with property prices reaching €15,268/m², making it the most expensive resort in France.
It is followed by Courchevelpopular with billionaires, with an average price of €12,812/m²..
Méribel completes this ranking with prices reaching €12,230/m².. Megève is a close second, with an average price of €11,670/m², just missing out on a place on the podium.
