Aurore Levivier's brightly coloured stand, filled with mountain scents and floral fragrances, attracts visitors to the TignesThe smile on his face says a lot about his passion. Meet him.
Her 'Altimousse' brand was born two years ago, almost by chance, after the birth of her child. "I've always loved making my own soaps, I used to make them for family and friends... After I got pregnant, everyone told me: go for it!

Today, "Altimousse" has established itself as a small, traditional factory that combines expertise with respect for the environment.
The raw materials are chosen with care: honey from bees raised in Tignes in summer, coffee roasted in Bourg Saint Maurice and local beer, used in an astonishing solid shampoo. "Beer is wonderful for your hair!" she explains.
Local, eco-responsible production
The range includes solid soaps (honey, coffee, fragrance-free), shower gels for those who haven't yet taken the zero waste plunge, moisturisers, lip balm and natural deodorants.

There are also plant-based candles, with seasonal scents such as monoi, vanilla, or more mountainous notes like génépi, blueberry or edelweiss. "I wanted products that smelled of the mountains and evoked the feeling of being on holiday here, she explains.
To complete her range, Aurore relies on a dressmaker friend in La Plagne who creates toiletry bags and soap pouches. So you can leave with a complete kit and a little extra handmade touch. As for the budget, the designer is banking on affordability, with an average shopping basket of around €20.

Aurore Levivier attends markets all year round: in summer, every Thursday and Sunday, and in winter on Thursdays. Her stall is open from 10am to 6.30pm, and she makes no secret of her attachment to this atmosphere. "The Tignes market is lively and friendly, and gives me the chance to share my passion with customers from all over the world.
