The Fédération Nationale de l'Immobilier (Fnaim) has revealed the property prices in our French ski resorts, where prices are continuing to rise. Fortunately, however, some resorts are still affordable.
Do you dream of buying a property in the mountains so you can spend your skiing holidays, but don't have the money to buy a property in a luxury resort like Val d'Isère, Megève or Courchevel?

No need to panic. There are ski resorts in the Alps where prices are much more affordable, in areas that sometimes have nothing to envy those that are home to our luxurious French resorts.
Les Arcs and La Plagne come out on top
While the highest prices are found in Espace Killy (€9,000/sq.m) and in the heart of Les 3 Vallées (€8,000/sq.m), the lowest prices are found in Les Sybelles and Serre Chevalier Vallée (€3,000/sq.m).

In the Savoyard resorts, Price differences vary enormously, from €2,000/m² in Le Corbier to €14,758/m² in Val d'Isère.

Two major resorts stand out for their lower prices: Les Arcs (€5,214/m²) and La Plagne (€4,491/m²).
Prices are also much more reasonable in Isère, with less than €3,000/m² in Chamrousse and almost €2,393/m² in Orcières.
