Known for his creativity and commitment to local produce, Jimmy Sarron, head of the L'Alpin, Le Quinze-Neuf and Oxalys in Briançon, is reinventing Alpine gastronomy. Its aim is to get off the beaten track by offering refined dishes made using local produce and short distribution channels, while remaining true to its inspiration: the mountains.

The idea for 'Summit Lunches' was born two years ago, during a simple picnic with friends. On this occasion, Jimmy transformed a break in the countryside into a veritable feast, including tablecloths and quality crockery. That moment inspired the creation of an original concept: combining the luxury of a gourmet meal with the raw beauty of mountain landscapes.
This first public edition features a five-course menu created by the chef and his teams, with food and wine pairings carefully chosen by the house. Prestiges de France. The intimate format of the table, with just 50 guests, makes the experience even more exclusive. Each dish promises daring combinations, showcasing local produce sublimated by Jimmy Sarron's savoir-faire.
An immersive, gourmet experience
The exact location of the lunch, which is kept secret, can be reached after an easy hike or mountain bike ride, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. For the less sporty, there is also a ten-minute drive from the site.
