Trail enthusiasts and lovers of outdoor running can look forward to the forthcoming events organised by the Les 2 Alpes Trail association.
Here are the not-to-be-missed events to mark in your calendar.
Le Défi de la Muzelle/Trail Estival (22 to 26 July 2024)
The Les 2 Alpes Trail association is organising the third edition of the Muzelle Challengea 4-day stage trail race.

Participants can choose between two distances: 50 km or 100 km. This summer race offers a stimulating challenge for runners of all abilities, although registrations are already closed for this year's event.
Les Parcours de la Muzelle (18 to 23 August 2024)
For six days, Les 2 Alpes Trail is offering a unique trail event with the aim of completing as many routes as possible around the 2 Alps.

This intense week of trail running allows participants to climb at their own pace, while enjoying the varied scenery at the gateway to the Ecrins National Park. This pressure-free experience puts the emphasis on conviviality and discovering nature (high mountains, lakes, waterfalls, viewpoints).
Les Lumières de la Muzelle/Trail Blanc (Saturday 11th January 2025)
The race Les Lumières de la Muzelle returns for its twelfth edition, offering a unique trail experience in the middle of winter.

The runners will start at night at an altitude of 2100 metres, with only the light of their headlamps and the illuminated villages of the Oisans region below. In 2024, more than 1,300 participants took part in this adventure.

For 2025, a new feature will be the introduction of an 8km course. Participants will now be able to choose between four distances: 8km, 10km, 20km and an impressive 42km maratrail.
