On the mountainside, a new attraction is getting ready to open at Superdévoluy. From mid-July 2025, winter sports fans will be able to discover a state-of-the-art 4-season toboggan, "La Dévoluge", which has been under construction since last autumn. This spectacular infrastructure is designed to boost the resort's appeal in both summer and winter, and diversify activities outside the ski season.
With 1,565 metres of descent, a vertical drop of 121 metres and 20 bends, this toboggan on rails promises a fast-paced, adrenalin-fuelled ride with a panoramic view.

One of its strong points? A 360° spin that will delight thrill-seekers, in a fluid and safe sequence. With an average gradient of 11.9 %, the route has been designed to suit everyone, children and adults alike, sporty or not.
The project, costing almost €3.5 million, was made possible thanks to the financial support of the Hautes-Alpes département and the Sud Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region, which are committed to a more diversified and sustainable form of mountain tourism.
A 4-season sled
Because beyond the attraction itself, this toboggan embodies a broader strategy: to offer activities that are accessible all year round, so that holidays in the resorts are no longer limited to the winter season.
Superdévoluy, which has been focusing on developing leisure activities at altitude for a number of years now, is adding a fun, intergenerational activity that's right up to date with the times.

This new facility will add to an already extensive range of summer activities, including panoramic walks, mountain biking, via ferrata and, of course, lounging in the fresh air.
In the meantime, work is continuing in the mountain pastures. See you in summer 2025 for the first high-speed descent... rails on the ground and head in the clouds.
