Bobsleigh
La Plagne is proud to have France's only bobsleigh track. It's a good reason to try your hand at the sport on site, with a flying experience. The resort offers you the chance to immerse yourself in the controls of this little machine on its own private track. After a spot on the ice, you'll be briefed and set off at 80 km/h!

Ice climbing

How do I get to La Plagne?
By car
From Chambéry, take the A43 and 1430 motorways to Albertville, then the N90 to Aime. Then take the D220.
By train
Three stations serve La Plagne: Moûtiers, Aime-La Plagne and Landry.
By plane
The nearest airports to La Plagne are Geneva-Cointrin, Lyon-Saint-Exupéry, Grenoble and Chambéry.
La Plagne in brief
La Plagne is a winter sports resort in the Tarentaise valley in Savoie, in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. Created in 1961, it now has eleven resorts, including seven high altitude resorts and four village resorts.

The La Plagne ski area, known as "Grande Plagne", offers 225 km of downhill ski runs and 95 ski lifts.
