On Tuesday 27 August, the Municipal Council of Les 2 Alpes met to discuss an important measure aimed at supporting families in the commune and promoting access to sporting activities for young people.
After deliberation, it was decided that, from this winter onwards, the community will cover 100 % of the cost of ski passes for children aged between 5 and 18.

This measure specifically concerns nursery and primary school pupils attending school in the commune, as well as secondary school pupils whose main residence is in the commune, provided they live there with one of their legal representatives.
facilitating access to winter sports
The initiative aims to facilitate access to winter sports, thereby contributing to the well-being and development of young residents.
To benefit from this scheme, families must collect an application form from the Maison des Habitants from 9 September.

Completed applications must then be returned between 1 October and 5 December.
Families are therefore advised to prepare in advance to meet these deadlines, so that their children can take full advantage of this opportunity as soon as the first snow falls. The opening date of the 2 Alpes ski area should be announced soon.
