Here's a look at the ten ski resorts with the highest property prices this year, according to figures from the FNAIM.

1. Val d'Isère (Savoie): €14,758/sq.m
Val d'Isère is at the top of the rankings, with an average price of €14,758/m². Located at the heart of the Espace Killy, the resort is renowned for its exceptional skiing and technical slopes. This prestigious destination attracts a cosmopolitan clientele, thanks to its guaranteed snow cover and international ski events. The property market is dominated by top-of-the-range chalets and luxury flats, making it one of the most expensive resorts in the Alps. In 2023, it was already ranked as the number one resort in France for customer satisfaction.
