Recipe for Aussois wild blueberry tart
To begin with, you need to make a shortbread pastry, homemade of course.
Ingredients:
- 250g flour
- 150g butter
- 75g icing sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch of salt
- 500g wild blueberries
- 60g icing sugar
Preparation :
Pour the flour, sugar and salt into a dish. Add the butter, cut into pieces, and knead to obtain a sandy mixture. Add the egg and knead until smooth. Form into a ball and set aside in the fridge for 1 hour.
Butter and flour a tart tin. Roll out the pastry with a rolling pin and pre-bake for 10 minutes at 180°. Top with 500g of fresh wild blueberries. Return to the oven for 20 mins. Sprinkle with 60g icing sugar.
