The Valmeinier is gearing up for a winter season packed with new experiences. Wellness, leisure, gastronomy and local flavours: here's an overview of the places and experiences that will be making their mark on winter 2025-2026.
An exceptional wellness area
From 13 December, the Les Carrettes is inaugurating a 400 m² wellness area. A haven of relaxation after a day on the slopes, it will feature a steam room, swimming pool, sensory shower, ice fountain and Himalayan salt wall.
Visitors can also enjoy tailor-made treatments: massages, body wraps, hydromassage baths and beds. Alpine elegance and soothing rituals combine to create a bubble of serenity in the heart of the resort.
Brasilia becomes Cimescape
Valmeinier's former discotheque, the Brasilia is completely changing its identity to make way for Cimescapea brand new entertainment space opening its doors on 13 December.
On the programme: escape games and an arcade, for fun with friends or family, whatever the weather. It's an address designed to keep you busy during the day and in the evening, as the venue will be open mainly during the day, with a few evenings organised according to demand.
With the CimescapeValmeinier is banking on a friendly and original concept, which is renewing the resort's range of leisure activities.
New flavours to savour
- Les Lauzes 1900 - Bistrot des Neiges Under new management, this restaurant focuses on brasserie-style home cooking, with the great Savoyard classics (raclette, fondue, tartiflette) and pizzas. New decor, a wine list combining Hérault and Savoie, and takeaway sales.
- Au P'tit Savoyard A wine and cheese cellar, the restaurant combines vintages from here and elsewhere with local products for a real taste of the terroir.

An original beer from Valmeinier
The brewers of the Gwape are joining forces with Brasserie du Galibier to create a new local beer: an Impérial Gose with red fruits, refreshing acidity and fruity notes. A vintage that promises to seduce fans of original après-ski flavours.
