The giant zip line
If you're going to visit Serre Chevalier, don't forget to get some height! The giant zip line at the summit overlooks Serre Chevalier at an altitude of 2,491 metres. You'll be able to admire a 360° panorama of the Ecrins National Park and the surrounding mountains, on your own, as a couple or as a family, along a 1,100 metre descent.
Unusual slides
Looking for a change from the usual skis and snowboards? Make way for the snow scooter! A number of rental shops offer snowscoot hire so you can hit the slopes in a fun and original way with your friends.
The Grands Bains de Monêtier
Need to relax? Then head to the last village in the valley, Monêtier-les-Bains. This pretty, picturesque village has been home to "Les Grands Bains" for some years now, a spa and balneotherapy area with naturally hot water gushing out at 44°C. There's also a shop and restaurant on site.
