The Freeride Week in Les Arcs 2025 promises to be spectacular, with fresh snow promising exceptional riding conditions. From 17 to 20 March, over 150 riders from all over the world will battle it out on the slopes of the Les Arcs / Peisey-Vallandry ski area, a legendary playground for freeride.
Organised by Evolution2 Les Arcsin partnership with Arc 1950 Le VillageThis spectacular week will be a key event on the international freeride circuit, both for the athletes seeking recognition and for the spectators who have come to admire the spectacle.
A competition that pushes the boundaries
The event kicks off on Monday 17 March with the Freeride Qualifier 4*, a top-level competition in which almost 100 skiers and snowboarders, men and women alike, will take to the slopes of one of the resort's legendary faces.
This challenge is a must for those who aspire to one day join the Freeride World Tour, the elite league of the discipline. Each run will be judged on the originality of the line chosen, fluidity, commitment and technique, guaranteeing an intense and impressive show.

On Thursday 20 March, it's time for the Freeride Qualifier 2*. Less prestigious, but just as exciting, this race will give amateur freeriders of different nationalities the chance to prove their talent and pick up valuable points to move up the rankings.
The locals will have the chance to shine on home soil, while the foreign riders will be looking to go home with a win.
A show not to be missed
Join us every race day from 10am to enjoy the show. Spectators will be able to admire the riders' performances from special areas or by following the races from viewpoints around the ski area.
The event is a unique opportunity to see skiers and snowboarders push their limits at close quarters on challenging terrain, where the slightest mistake is unforgivable.
This intense week of freeriding will also be an opportunity for powder lovers to soak up the unique atmosphere of the competition, chat with the riders and experience some great moments in the mountains.
