Tree climbing course
Young adventurers from the age of 3 can explore the heights thanks to the accrobranche courses. These modules, of increasing difficulty, are supervised by a team of professionals to guarantee maximum safety. It's a unique opportunity to get your thrills while staying safe.
Tyrolean traverse
For thrill-seekers, a series of six zip lines above the torrent is a must. Accessible from the age of 12, this adventure promises thrilling moments and a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside.
Hiking
Lac de la Rosière is also the starting point for a number of not-to-be-missed hikes, including the 1,000 Steps, the Poux waterfall, the Dent du Villard and the Vallée des Avals. These trails offer unforgettable hiking experiences, suitable for all levels.
Père Fritch botanical trail
Fans of botany and contemplation will be delighted by the Père Fritch botanical trail. This peaceful trail is home to some sixty plant species, including the Sabot de Vénus and the Lis Martagon. For those who want to touch the clouds, the via ferrata at La Rosière is an adventure not to be missed. With its 600-metre length and suspended footbridges, this activity offers breathtaking views over the lake. Rental equipment is available on site, as well as guiding services for a safe expedition.
Fishing
Fishing enthusiasts will be delighted at Lac de la Rosière. The lake is teeming with brook salmon and rainbow trout. Fishing is regulated, with a single hook and a limit of one fish per day.
Footbridge
Last but not least, the superb walkway offers a breathtaking view of the lake, ideal for a memorable group photo.

After all these activities, the Chalet du Lac welcomes visitors for a gourmet break. Run by Roland Georges, a former mountain guide, the chalet serves tasty dishes prepared with organic, local and seasonal produce.
Salads, buckwheat pancakes, Beaufort cheese or market vegetable tarts, wheat pancakes and tartiflettes are all on the menu. Special mention should be made of the homemade ice creams, which you can enjoy on the shady terrace.
