In Courchevel 1850, in the prestigious Jardin Alpin district, a wind from the Mediterranean is about to blow across the snowy peaks. By December 2027, the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer will inaugurate its first high-altitude establishment: the Monte-Carlo One Courchevel.
A large-scale project that blends Alpine architecture and Monegasque elegance, with over 12,500 m² of entirely redesigned space to embody the spirit of Monte Carlo at the summit of the Alps.
The building permit, issued last September, marks entry of the site into its structural phase. Eventually, the establishment will house 56 keys, three Diamond Suites and two exceptional chalets, each measuring 600 m² and overlooking the Jardin Alpin fir forest.
Here, the mountains dream of a palace, a place where the art of entertaining and Mediterranean refinement combine with the immaculate silence of the heights.
An exceptional new restaurant: Club 1863
A strong symbol of this alliance between sea and mountains, the Monte-Carlo Club 1863 is already shaping up to be one of the most eagerly-awaited gastronomic events in Courchevel.
In partnership with D.ream International, the restaurant will be offering a menu inspired by the French and Italian Rivieras, with Monte-Carlo as its signature, where the barbagiuans, Monaco's emblematic stuffed doughnuts, will open the ball.

A restaurant overlooking the slopes, reflecting unique expertise and a hotel philosophy where every detail counts.
This new showcase will continue the story that began with Le Grill, starred and mythical table of the’Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, by offering a different setting to these iconic addresses.
The scent of the Mediterranean now mingles with that of polished wood and a roaring log fire.
The Monte-Carlo spirit, a long history
This move to the Alps is much more than an expansion project: it's a symbolic return to our origins.
Although François Blanc founded the Société des Bains de Mer in 1863, it was his visionary wife Marie who foresaw the potential of the Vanoise massif.
She had acquired some land there, already dreaming of a hotel and spa complex in the spirit of Monte Carlo. Her untimely death put an end to this project, but the idea never died.
One hundred and fifty years later, Marie Blanc's dream is finally taking shape. In Courchevel, in the heart of France's most prestigious mountain range, the legacy of Monte-Carlo lives on: an art of living based on boldness, beauty and attention to detail.
Passing on an art of living
More than a palace, Monte-Carlo One Courchevel is a work of art. The establishment will embody what the Société des Bains de Mer has embodied for over a century, a dream factory where great talent, the arts, gastronomy and service excellence come together.
«Here, we have to provide dreams, pleasure and beauty».» said François Blanc. This philosophy, born on the Rock, now rises to an altitude of 1,850 metres.
Between the purity of the snow and the golden light of the lounges, between the slopes of the Jardin Alpin and the tradition of Monaco's grand hotels, Monte-Carlo One Courchevel promises to unite two worlds: that of the Alps and that of the Riviera.
