The Saint-Lary offers a wide range of summer activities. There's plenty to spice up your day and give you plenty of thrills before you relax.

Disc Golf
You read that right! This hybrid activity uses the codes of golf transposed to freezbee. Instead of holes, there are baskets, and that's it! The curious can try it out on the Ludette track and on the Pla d'Adet training area.

Patou interpretation trail
This pedestrian and woodland trail runs for 3 kilometres between Pla d'Adet and the Espiaube area. With its 12 educational panels on the fauna, flora and traditions of the valley, it's a charming and fun place for the whole family to discover.

Acrobatic course
After trying your hand at suntubing, those big buoys in which you can launch yourself 120 metres downhill, why not take a trip to the acrobatic course? This multi-activity area, accessible from the age of 4, is similar to an accrobranche course, with high structures (suspension bridges, ropes, etc.) to cross independently.

- The Tourette theme trail has just been inaugurated! Starting at the Pic de la Tourette, this educational trail allows hikers to discover a listed site and magnificent landscapes, while at the same time conveying a message about environmental issues. To complete the project, illustrators, writers and landscape architects have been involved in the scenography.
- Ridin'Parklaunched last summer, is an introductory area for mountain biking at all levels. Young and old alike can take part in a programme to suit everyone, with specific sessions such as a handling course, learning the basics of riding and practice on varied terrain for novices. Access is via the Pic Lumière cable car, with special Ridin'Family Rider conditions (-15 %) on presentation of a Ridin'Park Session ticket. For more information, click here.
