For its first project in the mountains, the Giboire has teamed up with three local players (Société d'aménagement de la Savoie, Société des Trois Vallées and Sotarbat Promotion) to launch the Orso residence in Courchevel-La Tania.
Together, these four partners have combined their skills to develop a top-of-the-range tourism offering, including a four-star, 75-room hotel, managed by the Giboire Hospitality subsidiary, as well as 71 tourist flats, with a wide range of activities and services.
The Orso residence is located at the entrance to La Tania, a ski resort with village and family charm. in the prestigious commune of Courchevel.
Access to the 3 Valleys
Nestling in the middle of a spruce forest, it is ideally located in the centre of the resort and is perfectly connected to all the main amenities. to the 3 Vallées ski area thanks to the Moretta piste, located at the foot of the complex and just 100 metres from the La Tania cable car.
Orso comprises 71 flats, ranging from 2-room to 7-room, in two chalets with facades combining wood and stone. The architecture combines traditional mountain features with a modern edge.
The stone facings, wooden cladding and multi-sloped roofs perfectly reflect the Savoyard style.
Delivery scheduled for 2026
Inside, the homes boast high-quality features and meticulous finishing touches, including underfloor heating, high-quality sustainable furniture and large picture windows with uninterrupted views of the peaks, adding a contemporary touch and flooding the homes with light.
To make the most of the surrounding scenery, each flat has a deep balcony with a view of the Vanoise.
