C&rsquo;est une histoire de transmission. Nous avons conserv\u00e9 cette recette et nous fabriquons d\u00e9sormais nous-m\u00eames notre levain. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une tradition qui trouve ses racines dans l&rsquo;ancienne f\u00eate de la Saint-Roch, autrefois c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9e \u00e0 La Gurraz apr\u00e8s le 15 ao\u00fbt et qui r\u00e9unissait d\u00e9j\u00e0 les habitants autour de ce pain si particulier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une f\u00eate port\u00e9e par tout un village<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Au fil des ann\u00e9es, la manifestation est devenue bien plus qu&rsquo;une simple d\u00e9monstration de cuisson. Au menu \u00e9galement : couscous pr\u00e9par\u00e9 par les b\u00e9n\u00e9voles, buvette, cr\u00eapes, planches ap\u00e9ritives et tombola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais derri\u00e8re cette organisation bien rod\u00e9e se cache surtout une aventure collective. <em>\u00ab Nous sommes six dans le bureau de l&rsquo;association, mais quand arrive la f\u00eate, tout le village vient donner un coup de main \u00bb<\/em> souligne Romain Empereur. <em>\u00ab Des habitants de La Gurraz, de La Savinaz et m\u00eame d&rsquo;un peu plus loin. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Faire revivre les fours d&rsquo;autrefois<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Car l&rsquo;association ne se contente pas de faire du pain. Depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es, ses membres poursuivent un objectif plus ambitieux : pr\u00e9server et restaurer le patrimoine des villages de montagne.
