That's the aim of the very first <em>Ski Festival<\/em> launched by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lesgets.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Les Gets<\/a>, from 21 to 28 March 2026. A week designed for adult beginners, combining supervised skiing, well-being activities and festive evenings in one of the most accessible ski areas in the Alps.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Haute-Savoie resort <a href=\"https:\/\/petit-montagnard.fr\/en\/if-youve-never-skied-before-this-new-festival-in-the-heart-of-the-portes-du-soleil-is-for-you\/\">has come up with a truly immersive format<\/a>, aimed at young adults aged 18 and over who have never dared to take the plunge, or who have mixed memories of their first descents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Located in the heart of the <a href=\"https:\/\/petit-montagnard.fr\/en\/subject\/doors-to-the-sun\/\">Portes du Soleil<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/petit-montagnard.fr\/en\/subject\/les-gets\/\">Les Gets<\/a> is capitalising on its wide, gentle and well-exposed slopes to launch this new event called <em>the week of first turns<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The principle is simple. Each morning, participants take part in group ski or snowboard lessons, supervised by ESF or ESI instructors. In the afternoon, it's time for shared experiences. Four-season sledging, skating, snowshoeing, spa, torchlit descents... before extending the day with DJ sets and convivial evenings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">skiing in the morning, letting go in the afternoon<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>One format <em>\u00abhalf sport, half pleasure\u00bb<\/em>, This is a week with friends, where everyone progresses at their own pace, surrounded by people of the same level.
