At dusk, when the mountain becomes quieter, Font-Romeu Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es 2000 <\/a>offers a rare experience. An ascent in a snow groomer followed by dinner at altitude, in a restaurant perched high above the snowy peaks. An intimate, sensory interlude, far from the hustle and bustle of the resorts.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The evening begins with the engine running, at the foot of the slopes. Guests board the Gallinette<\/em>, The snow groomer climbs slowly up the sleeping mountain. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As you climb higher, the silence settles in, the lights of the resort fade away, and the relief of the Massif des Pyrenees<\/a> under the stars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Head for the restaurant La Gallina<\/a><\/em>, perched at 2,217 metres. On arrival, the atmosphere changes. Warm wood, muted lighting and the scent of simmering dishes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
