Here's an overview.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A unique mountain triathlon<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On 29 March 2026, La Toussuire will host the <strong>TILT - La Toussuire Unusual Triathlon<\/strong>. A unique mountain challenge combining three disciplines: cycling (7.4km and 524m of ascent), trail running (5km and 170m of ascent) and ski mountaineering (600m of ascent).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>READ MORE:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/petit-montagnard.fr\/en\/winter-2025-2026-opening-dates-for-ski-resorts-in-france\/\">Winter 2025-2026: opening dates for ski resorts in France<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants will set off from Fontcouverte to reach the snow front, before completing two trail loops and two ski-mountaineering climbs to the summit of C\u00f4te du Bois. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Open to all levels of ability, the event can be run solo or in trios, so you can share the adventure with your team-mates. For this first event, the resort will also be showcasing three of its ambassadors: William Turnes (cycling), Lorna Bonnel (ski mountaineering) and Lionel Bonnel (trail).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Modernised services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After seven months of work, <strong>Tourist Office<\/strong> is getting a makeover. This strategic store, located in the Rive Droite district, will offer a year-round food offering, accommodation integrated into the building and a car park reserved for customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The return of the Les Alpes restaurant<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The emblematic restaurant of La Toussuire <strong>The Alps<\/strong> will reopen its doors at the beginning of December 2025 after a major interior renovation.
