On the heights of the village, the residence of the <em>Hauts de la Drayre<\/em>built in the early 1990s and long out of breath, has been reborn under a new name: the <em>Hauts de Vaujany<\/em>. An ambitious project that combines memory and future, heritage and comfort, in the heart of the Oisans region.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entrusted to Arcane, a Grenoble-based firm, the worksite is a veritable reconstruction. Everything has been rethought: the 90 ageing flats have been replaced by 64 top-of-the-range, spacious and light-filled homes, capable of accommodating 334 beds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Three completely renovated buildings, a fourth dedicated to services, with swimming pool, spa, hammam, jacuzzi, treatment rooms, etc. <em>Five Worlds<\/em>There are also areas for children and teenagers, a multi-purpose room and secure bicycle storage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A strategic investment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With 75 % flats designed for four people or more, the residence is primarily aimed at families. The aim is to boost visitor numbers and ensure the profitability of a site whose occupancy rate had fallen below 60 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project, carried out by 90 % of local companies, also aims to be exemplary in environmental terms: -78 % of greenhouse gas emissions forecast and 6,000 hours of social integration integrated into the programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vacanc\u00e9ole, manager for 8 years<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the operational side, the commune has chosen Vacanc\u00e9ole, a well-known player in Alpine tourism (already established in Les 2 Alpes, Auris and Oz 3300). Following on from the Belvedere and the renovation of Place de la Fare, the refurbishment of the <em>Hauts de Vaujany<\/em> completes the transformation of this strategic part of the village.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first delivery is scheduled for December 2025, with an official opening for the winter season.
