For a few weeks now, a new silhouette has been creeping along the 4\u00d74 paths: the all-terrain electric scooters of \"Trot'Tignes\", the project launched by S\u00e9bastien Roure.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>READ OUR DOSSIER -\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/petit-montagnard.fr\/en\/mountain\/our-stations\/\">\"Tignes, the sports resort par excellence\".<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Having settled in the resort seven years ago, this mountain enthusiast from the Paris region first worked as a skiman, before Covid encouraged him to stay on all year round. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\"The idea was born on 23 June last year.<\/em> he says. <em>\"I wanted to offer an activity that would allow people to discover Tignes in a different way, off the beaten track and beyond the classic hiking and mountain biking routes.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A machine designed for alpine slopes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The \"Trot'Tignes\" bikes are nothing like urban scooters. There are three routes, but the most popular starts from Val Claret, skirting the lake, climbing the Chemin du Tovi\u00e8re and venturing up to the Plateau du Marais, with occasional detours to Lac du Chevril and Grande Sassi\u00e8re. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outings are made in small groups, supervised by two instructors, all based in Tignes, who are happy to share local anecdotes and secret viewpoints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Between sport and indulgence<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Packages vary from one to two hours, with the longest including a gourmet stop at altitude. <em>\"We put down the tablecloth and take out the charcuterie and cheese, in partnership with Lagrange in Val Claret\".<\/em> smiles S\u00e9bastien.
