Designed by chef Juan Arbelaez - who has also worked at <em>Top Chef<\/em> and now a network star - the place combines Colombian cuisine, a cosy atmosphere and a festive spirit. On the plates, an explosion of flavours. In the dining room, a vibrant decor. A Latin interlude at an altitude of 2,100 metres, contributing to the originality of this address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Montagnettes group, craftsmen of the Alpine hotel industry<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Behind the<em>Ynycio<\/em>the family group <em>Mountains<\/em>founded in 1992 by Agn\u00e8s Girard.
