From local charcuterie to local cheese, bread from the Bourg-Saint-Maurice baker and ice creams from the D\u00f4me du Glacier, everything - or almost everything - is homemade. \"98 % dishes, even desserts: cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e, panna cotta...
