Winter 2025 guide<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whatever your level, everyone is welcome to join in the fun on two courses packed with wacky obstacles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are two categories:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The Gentle route<\/strong>accessible from the age of 6, ideal for those who want to have some gentle fun.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The crazy route<\/strong>for challengers over the age of 14, ready to take on even crazier challenges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>And here, style counts as much as performance! Wacky costumes are almost compulsory, and every year the participants compete with each other to come up with outfits that are as eccentric as they are hilarious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Even crazier events for 2025<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Every year, the organisers compete to come up with ever more original challenges. This change opens the door to four new stages and even more spectacular sections!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A weekend of racing, parties and surprises<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Grand Prix de Serre Chevalier isn't just a race, it's three days of festivities and a unique opportunity to round off the winter season in style.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Friday 21 March - warm-up and reconnaissance<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>9am: welcome at Place du T\u00e9l\u00e9ph\u00e9rique in Chantemerle with coffee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10am: route reconnaissance day in the ski area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Equipment tests by Rossignol and Cairn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Musical entertainment with Le Buffet Sonore and tasting of tourtons from Champsaur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Saturday 22 March - time to race!<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>9am: Official start of the two routes from the top of the Chantemerle cable car.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>11am: Arrival of the first competitors in La Salle-les-Alpes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Giant tartiflette, surprises and entertainment at the finish area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3.30pm: prize-giving ceremony.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5pm: Free DJ set by Henri PFR at Pontillas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sunday 23 March - a relaxing day full of surprises<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>10am: mountain safety awareness and avalanche dog demonstration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Activities on the circular economy and local heritage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12pm: cabbage sausage and shooter for all those in fancy dress at the L'Echaillon restaurant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1pm - 3pm: Free DJ set by Mosimann at La Cabane \u00e0 Sucre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non-stop Happy Hour at the Caf\u00e9 Soleil in Chantemerle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Champions and stars in the spotlight<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As every year, iconic figures from the world of skiing and music will be taking part in the event.
