Add the butter, cut into pieces, and knead to obtain a sandy mixture. Add the egg and knead until smooth. Form into a ball and set aside in the fridge for 1 hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Butter and flour a tart tin. Roll out the pastry with a rolling pin and pre-bake for 10 minutes at 180\u00b0. Top with 500g of fresh wild blueberries. Return to the oven for 20 mins.
