Chalet prices are even higher, at \u20ac7,003 per square metre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This market is mainly driven by the most famous resorts in the Massif. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Val d'Is\u00e8re exceeds 15,000 euros per m2 <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the lead, <a href=\"https:\/\/petit-montagnard.fr\/en\/val-disere-ski-area-ski-passes-activities-addresses-winter-guide\/\">Val d'Is\u00e8re<\/a> stands out, with property prices reaching \u20ac15,268\/m\u00b2, <a href=\"https:\/\/petit-montagnard.fr\/en\/british-businessman-buys-60-million-euro-chalet-in-french-resort\/\">making it the most expensive resort in France<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is followed by <a href=\"https:\/\/petit-montagnard.fr\/en\/courchevel-station-domaine-skiable-forfaits-adresses-le-guide-de-lhiver-2023-2024\/\">Courchevel<\/a>popular with billionaires, <a href=\"https:\/\/petit-montagnard.fr\/en\/a-new-sapprete-tourist-residence-to-open-in-courchevel-la-tania\/\">with an average price of \u20ac12,812\/m\u00b2.<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/petit-montagnard.fr\/en\/meribel-ski-resort-ski-passes-addresses-winter-guide-2023-2024\/\">M\u00e9ribel<\/a> completes this ranking <a href=\"https:\/\/petit-montagnard.fr\/en\/real-estate-this-ski-resort-is-preparing-to-welcome-three-luxury-residences\/\">with prices reaching \u20ac12,230\/m\u00b2.<\/a>.
