Chalet prices are even higher, at \u20ac7,003 per square metre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This market is mainly driven by the most famous resorts in the Massif. <\/p>\n\n\n\n In the lead, Val d'Is\u00e8re<\/a> stands out, with property prices reaching \u20ac15,268\/m\u00b2, making it the most expensive resort in France<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n It is followed by Courchevel<\/a>popular with billionaires, with an average price of \u20ac12,812\/m\u00b2.<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n M\u00e9ribel<\/a> completes this ranking with prices reaching \u20ac12,230\/m\u00b2.<\/a>.
