According to a study carried out by Interhome, speeding on the slopes is the behaviour most rejected by winter sports enthusiasts. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Specialising in holiday rentals since 1965, particularly in popular winter sports regions, Interhome<\/a> wanted to find out about the concerns of holidaymakers on the ski slopes.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

And among the greatest frustrations experienced in winter sports, the lack of respect for queues at ski lifts, cited by 47% of those questioned, comes in first place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Excessive speed on the ski slopes is a nuisance <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

But the main frustration remains high-speed overtaking on the slopes, which bothers 54% of the winter sports fans surveyed.<\/p>\n\n\n

41% of people also expressed their irritation at skiers standing still in the middle of the piste. The total use of the piste by some skiers was considered annoying by 23% of those surveyed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The rankings also highlight the dissatisfaction with snowboarders. A logical finding if the figures are anything to go by, since the majority of French people prefer skiing (69 %) to snowboarding (10 %).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ranking <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Being overtaken too quickly on the slopes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Being overtaken in ski lift queues<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Having to avoid those who stop in the middle of the track<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Have to watch out for those using the full width of the track<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Dealing with the presence of snowboarders<\/p>\n\n\n\n
