The F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Nationale de l'Immobilier (Fnaim) has unveiled the property prices in French ski resorts. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If there's one sector that continues to attract people, it's the mountains. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With prices continuing to soar in some ski resorts, and property at a premium in the most exclusive resorts, property prices rose by 35% between January 2014 and October 2023. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The most expensive resorts are in the Alps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Prices are significantly higher in the Alps (\u20ac4672\/m\u00b2 on average) than in the Massif Central (\u20ac1756\/m\u00b2) or Corsica (\u20ac1576\/m\u00b2). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The most expensive ski resorts in France are Val d'Is\u00e8re (\u20ac14,758\/m\u00b2), ahead of Courchevel (\u20ac12,600\/m\u00b2) and Meg\u00e8ve (\u20ac11,057\/m\u00b2). <\/p>\n\n\n

By focusing on the largest resorts and those that depend on the ten largest French ski areas in terms of visitor numbers, the Fnaim<\/a> studied 71 of the 190 ski resorts in the Alps. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this sample of resorts, the average price of accommodation is \u20ac5,571 per square metre, with the average price of chalets reaching \u20ac8,030 per square metre.
