To mark the occasion, a number of events are planned for the evening. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It's a symbol. On the very spot where it all began, in 1941, with the very first ski lift in the Serre Chevalier ski resort. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After two years of work, the Place du T\u00e9l\u00e9ph\u00e9rique is finally ready to be unveiled to the public. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The heart of the resort completely transformed <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Gone are the days when the start of the pistes was paved, surrounded by cars and devoid of greenery.
