Add the baker's yeast and warm water.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the olive oil and knead for a few more minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cover the bowl with a clean tea towel and leave the dough to rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, until it doubles in size.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Preheat your oven to 220\u00b0C (425\u00b0F).<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Brown the bacon:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In a frying pan, brown the lardons over a medium heat until golden and crisp.
