{"id":84967,"date":"2023-08-08T13:55:20","date_gmt":"2023-08-08T11:55:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/petit-montagnard.fr\/?p=84967"},"modified":"2024-08-19T15:55:39","modified_gmt":"2024-08-19T13:55:39","slug":"recipe-for-pizza-with-reblochon-cheese-an-alpine-delight-with-italian-flavours","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/petit-montagnard.fr\/en\/recette-la-pizza-au-reblochon-un-delice-alpin-aux-saveurs-italiennes\/","title":{"rendered":"Recipe: Reblochon pizza, an Alpine delicacy with Italian flavours"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Pizza with Reblochon cheese is a delicious variant of pizza, originally from our mountains.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here's a simple recipe for making a Reblochon pizza right in your own home. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the pizza dough :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>250 g flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 sachet baker's yeast<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 ml warm water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tablespoons olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pinch of salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the garnish :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1\/2 Reblochon cheese (about 150 g), cut into thin slices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g smoked bacon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 red onion, thinly sliced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tablespoon olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A few sprigs of fresh thyme<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ground black pepper (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instructions <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Prepare the pizza dough :<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mix the flour and salt in a bowl. Add the baker's yeast and warm water.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the olive oil and knead for a few more minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cover the bowl with a clean tea towel and leave the dough to rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, until it doubles in size.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Preheat your oven to 220\u00b0C (425\u00b0F).<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Brown the bacon:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In a frying pan, brown the lardons over a medium heat until golden and crisp.
